Halloween Spooktacular Mall Trick or Treat October 29, 2011

Westfield Wheaton will once again host its annual safe Trick or Treat for Washington DC area families. Stores throughout the mall will provide treats for all of the ghouls and goblins. Also, stay for fun activities and arts & crafts with the Montgomery Art Association.
