Halloween Spooktacular October 30, 2009

Trick or Treat with Downtown Morganton merchants from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
A Halloween Carnival on the historic courthouse square from 3:00pm-6:00pm features free games and a costume contest for kids age 0-10.
Costume contest registration begins at 3:30 and judging begins at 5:00pm.
