Halloween Carnival October 30, 2009

A Halloween Carnival for all ages will be held at Ann Hardy Plaza from 6 to 9 p.m. The Carnival will include a costume contest, scary movies, and Halloween games and crafts. It’s located at 3300 First Ave. For more information, call 646-4824.
