Halloween bells invoke sleeping spirits and ghosts in an atmosphere of spooky sights and sounds -- a church being renovated. Perfect for preparing kids and adults for trick-or-treating. On Sunday, Halloween itself, traditional trick-or-treating follows on Belvedere Street.
