Hacks/Hackers Unite: The 48-hour tablet journalism project May 21, 2010

KQED and Hacks/Hackers hosts Hacks/Hackers Unite: The 48-hour tablet journalism project. Think of it as a hack day and 48 hour film festival rolled into one. The focus for the inaugural event will be to push the boundaries of journalistic storytelling for tablet devices. Teams of hacks (content creators) and hackers (developers and designers) will join together to tell a story on a tablet -- and have just a weekend to do it. You can come with a story you'd like to work on and an already formed team, or you can find collaborators or ideas to work on at google.com.
