H2O 4 Africa: Shower Strike Launch Party! July 24, 2011

Well Aware and the Austin Cosmopolitan Rotary Club present:
SHOWER STRIKE 2011 LAUNCH PARTY in Austin Texas. EVERYONE welcome, whether you're on strike with us or not! The deets:

WHEN: 7pm until they kick us out on Sunday, July 24th
THE ENTERTAINMENT: Grammy-nominated Lost Bayou Ramblers will headline, and Austin's own Manteca Beat will be there to jam, too.
"Austin's Funniest Person", Nancy Reed, will emcee and properly heckle us

AND: FREE TACOS, drink specials, iPad raffles, Kenyan jewelry, photo booth, other funky performances and our best Silent Auction to date.

This free concert event will kick off our week long Shower Strike. We (and maybe you, too) are skipping showers so that thousands can have life-saving water in East Africa. Participate from ANYWHERE on the globe.
