Guns & Hoses Boxing III March 31, 2012

The Guns & Hoses 3rd Annual Boxing Challenge is a large-scale fundraising effort benefitting the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Special Olympics and youth in the community through Amateur Boxing. This event will boast some of areas toughest Police Officers and Firefighters, in a hard-hitting showcase for bragging rights in the Omaha metro area. Fifteen bouts are scheduled with Firefighters looking to avenge their loss to the Police Officers in last year’s event.

The Omaha Guns & Hoses Boxing Challenge is partnered with the Nebraska Local Boxing Committee and the Omaha Coaches Association, which collectively represents local boxing clubs. These boxing clubs are separated into red and blue gyms which are then responsible for training our police and fire competitors.
