Heller, is likely to be announced within a few weeks of the luncheon. Professor Nelson Lund wrote the Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court) brief on behalf of the Second Amendment Foundation in support of Mr. Heller, the respondent.
Join us on June 10 for another American Founders Luncheon Series at Pittsburgh’s Rivers Club to hear economic historian Dr. Nelson Lund discuss “Gun Control, the Supreme Court, and the Founders' Second Amendment.” Lund is a professor at George Mason University Law School.
