Fat Wednesday makes its debut this week with the Gumbo Kings on stage and Chef Tim cooking up some New Awlins favorites! Join us for Fat Wednesday!!!

All of the members of the Gumbo Kings have connections of some kind that go back to the Big Easy, New Orleans. Their newest CD “The UFO Salon” includes guest performances from renowned New Orleans jazz man, Dr. John. The Gumbo Kings take their shots across the entire range of the New Orleans musical heritage, from the horns blowing on the traditional second line all the way up through Mike Sizer's "Dixieland rap".
