Gulliver's Travels July 25, 2009

1939. Gulliver washes ashore on Lilliput and attempts to prevent war between that tiny kingdom and its equally-miniscule rival, Blefiscu, as well as smooth the way for the romance between the Princess and Prince of the opposing lands.

This movie was produced by Paramount Pictures as an answer to the success of Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and was a box-office success when it was released.

The animation was done by Fleischer Studios who also created Popeye, Betty Boop, Screen Songs, Little Lulu and many more.
