Free guided tours are available daily at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Knowledgeable volunteer docents lead visitors through the Basilica's major works of art, history, and other highlights while traversing the massive expanse of the Great Upper Church and Crypt Level in this interesting and informative one-hour tour. Guided Tours leave from the Information Desk on the Lower Level of the Basilica's East Side (adjacent to the Gift Shop). Reservations are not required, except for groups of 15 people or more.
