Guided Group Chakra Meditation w/ 9 Singing Quartz Crystal Bowls July 17, 2009

These guided meditations are designed to connect you to yourself, Mother Earth and the Source of All That IS resulting in a balanced body, mind and spirit. By bringing them into alignment, it allows you to channel this loving positive energy to a greater degree in your daily life, creating loving positive changes not only in your own life, but for the world. So give yourself this brief time to relax and bring greater peace to your being.

The sinsing bowls induce one into a meditative state quickly and easily. These bowls are designed to correlate to a particular chakra and musical note. The frequency of a particualr bowl matches the frequency of the correlating chakra, bringing that chakra into balance and harmony. The result of experiencing this type of guided meditation is greater peace, relaxation, balance, stability, and connectedness of oneself, the Earth and to the Universe.
