Guided Group Chakra Meditation w/ 9 Singing Crystal Bowls June 26, 2009

These guided meditations are designed to connect you to yourself, Mother Earth and the Source of All That IS resulting in a balanced body, mind and spirit. By bringing them into alignment, it allows you to channel this loving positive energy to a greater degree in your daily life, creating loving positive changes not only in your own life, but for the world. So give yourself this brief time to relax and bring greater peace to your being :)
The chakra meditations are generalized versions of Nicole's private practice. The meditation begins and ends with grounding our being into Mother Earth as well as opening ourselves up to the Source of Loving, Healing energy. Healing hypnotic suggestions are integrated into each of the chakras. The effects of the meditations may seem subtle at first, but by making this a monthly practice, you reap the benefits of a grounded, more stabilized being centered in loving healing energy. The result is having greater peace, harmony, balance, and manifesting power in your daily life.
