Guest Chef Night at The Savant Project February 24, 2009

Curtis Tregoning from KO Prime and Toro will be given his own night to cook whatever he sees fit. He’s awesome. Come and taste his spectacular food–handpicked, well prepared and all around badass.

The menu (subject to change) is as follows:

First Course: Salmon Tuna Mosaic with Citrus Salad and Candied Almonds
Second Course: Vegetarian Miso Soup with Dumplings
Third Course: Braised Pork Shanks with Pickled Vegetable and White Beans
Fourth Course: Lemon Meringue Tart

A vegetarian option will be available, please ask in advance!

Arborway Wines will be sponsoring, so they will be bringing their most fabulous wines for tasting.

Tickets will be $35, which includes all food and wine!
