RULES AND CONDITIONS

*Artwork must be related to the theme “What love is to you”
*Open to everyone
*Open art media includes: Paintings, drawings, photography, sculptures, music, poems, and video media. (If your art
media is not listed please call to see if we can accommodate it). We will be more than happy to help you.
*Please nothing too explicit (this is an open event including families).
If an artwork is in question, GSA has the right not to display it.
*Artists have the opportunity to sell their artwork. To do so, the artist must write a letter of consent to GSA allowing
GSA to sell the specified art work. Letter must include: name, title, contact information and permission for GSA to sell
the artwork. GSA will keep 10% of the total sale.
*Artist has the opportunity to donate his/her art work to GSA. To do so, artist must write a letter of donation to GSA.
Letter must include: name, title, contact information and agreement of donation. For donation options please
call GSA.
*Participant may drop off the artwork at Ventura College in the LRC building in the Reading and Writing Center. Drop
off time will be the 10th-14th of May from 9am- 3pm. Please have the artwork marked by name, title, and contact
information.
*Ventura College, GSA, nor any department, organization, club, or persons of said factions involved will be
liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged art pieces.
