Greeting Card Illustration - Finding Your Style September 15, 2007

Do you have great ideas for greeting cards or picture books? This one-day workshop will help you to start developing illustrations for fun or profit. Discover how to grab the viewer's attention with design and by working with the Gestalt of the image to reinforce the message. Watercolor and colored-pencil techniques will be shown and in-class drawing exercises will help hone your personal style. We will briefly discuss ways to present your work in a professional manner and how to proceed once you have a contract.
