Land Use Application to allow four-story structure containing a 170,000 sq. ft. of mult-purpose convenience store (Fred Meyer), 26,300 sq. ft. of ground level retail with 250 residential units above and a three level parking garage structure in an environmentally critical area. Parking for 682 vehicles is to be provided. The project includes 85,000 cu. yds. of grading. The existing structures are to be demolished.

A public meeting to review this application will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Loyal Heights Community Center, Room 2, 2101 Northwest 77th Street. Written and/or oral comments may be submitted at the meeting.

This meeting is to receive public comment and provide information relating to soils and hydrology issues and to receive comment on other environmental issues.
