Many local students are decorating the back of greenreusable bags in preparation for America Recycles Day 2011. They may bedecorated in any way, using any medium that is appropriate. The bags will thenbe distributed with items purchased, at various stores in Box Butte County onAmerica Recycles Day, Nov. 15.
