The Grand Street Community Band would like to invite you to join us for our Fall Concert, "Party Like It's 1909!" We'll be performing top hits from the early 20th century, including works from Ralph Vaughn Williams, Percy Grainger, Charles Ives, Claude Debussy and Gustav Holst.
The performance will be held at the Grand Street Campus High School Auditorium at 850 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Saturday, October 24th at 3pm. Take the L train to Grand Street. Free/$10 suggested donation. Website is www.grandstreetband.com. Phone 347.878.1870.
The Grand Street Community Band is an all-volunteer ensemble made up of individuals from all professions and walks of life. The GSCB strives to perform quality literature at the highest level possible in order to provide our members and audiences with an opportunity to have an aesthetic experience.
