Grand Center’s Dancing In The Street Festival September 25, 2010

Grand Center Inc.’s annual Dancing in the Street festival returns Sept. 25 for its fourth year as the opening celebration of the fall arts season in the Grand Center Arts & Entertainment District. More than 75 performances and 700 dancers perform a variety of dance styles, including tap, ballet, clog, modern, hip hop, belly, jazz, salsa, flamenco, Broadway, contemporary, folk, Bollywood and many more on four outdoor stages. Dancing in the Street showcases the beauty, art, athleticism and the energy of dance, free and open to the public from 1 to 9 p.m. on Grand Boulevard between Lindell and Delmar boulevards.
