Gramercy Brass Orchestra of New York February 3, 2011

The Gramercy Brass Orchestra of New York was founded in 1982 by John Henry Lambert. This program includes the New York Premiere of 'The Fenlands' suite for organ and brass band by Arthur Wills, the World Premiere of 'Sanctus' by Yves Castagnet, the New York Premiere of Baker's 'Variations on Rouen' for organ, music to commemorate the 90th birthday of American music icon Dave Brubeck and Tchaikovsky's '1812 Overture'.
