Sex & Paganism
Tuesday, June 27, 8-10 pm
$25

Sexuality and spirituality are often seen as conflicting with each other, but not if you're a Pagan! NeoPaganism is a modern re-imagining of ancient indigenous religions that perceived the Divine within the physical, and therefore also sexuality as sacred. But learning how to work within this worldview can be a challenge, especially when we're surrounded by messages that reinforce sex-negativity. Jennifer Hunter, author of Rites of Pleasure: Sexuality in Wicca and NeoPaganism, can help you find your path. In this workshop full of exercises and discussion, she'll explain how sexuality can help you connect to the Divine, when and how to use (and not use) sex magick, the role of safer sex in sacred sexuality and much more. Whether you're experienced as a Pagan or just taking a first step, this workshop will help you come to a deeper understanding of how sex and spirit connect.
