Gone With The Film Festival Director, Jody Lee Olhava and Festival Programmer, Mario Polanco host a wide variety of yet unseen international films which screen on Sat. May 16th from 3 pm. to 9 pm. and Sun. May 17th from 12 to 6 pm. at the luxurious Barnsdall Gallery Theatre, a facility of the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs and co-sponsored by the Mary Pickford Foundation.

Make a day of it by bringing a picnic lunch to the grounds of the Hollyhock mansion.

Awards ceremony held at historic Taix French Restaurant on Sunset Boulevard. Roy Clark and Mel Tillis will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards. Crystal Awards for Best: Action/Adventure, Animation, Comedy, Documentary, Drama, Family, Foreign Language, Horror, Student and TV Pilot.

May 2009 will mark our annual festival compiling an impressive list of feature films and shorts in a myriad of genres. Located atop Olive Hill in Hollywood the 11-acre Barnsdall Art Park is also home to the Municipal Art Museum, Arts Center, and the Hollyhock House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. A weekend of independent and student films, offering a variety of Special Events and a One-Of-A-Kind experience in a city notorious for creating cinematic adventure!
