Top local student musicians will be featured in the Going to State Music All-Stars performance in Performance Hall of Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts. The program offers the general public, friends and family the opportunity to enjoy the "Class A, starred-first" music selections which qualified these students to compete in the upcoming State Music Festival
