Go Van Gogh will be playing 3 sets starting at 9pm at Cafe Van Kleef one of Oakland's best hangs. Cafe Van Kleef is for those who like their drinks cool, and their music hot. They are noted for their Greyhounds (the drink not the pooch). The decor is as entertaining as your fellow patrons, and they do know how to present music in a way that is intimate without necessitating loss of hearing.
CVK at 1621 Telegraph is in the middle of the hopping 'Oaksterdam" district, within easy walk of 19th Street Bart, and more delicious food than you could shake a chop stick at.
