Go Fish! Kid's Day at Fletcher's Cove April 22, 2006

In Partnership with the National Park Service of C & O Canal and the Congressional Casting Call, the Boathouse at Fletcher's Cove is having a Kid's Day!! This event is between noon to 4 PM. RSVP on line at www.fletcherscove.com.
? 40 fishing enthusiasts will teach children ages 5 to 15 years how to fly and spin cast for fish.
? Free goodie bag for each child. Door Prizes.
? Live exhibits include fish touch tanks, mussels, and snakeheads.
? Displays on fish habitat, clean water, stewardship, and endangered species.
? Live music, scavenger hunt, and interactive games.
? Ability for scouts to earn fishing belt loop and badge.
