Our 1st Global Social CRM meetup was a huge success. We connected Social CRM, CRM and Enterprise 2.0 practitioners from all over the globe via Public CISCO TelePresence, WebEx, Livetreaming and Twitter to create one global forum of experts.

Real Stories of Measuring Social CRM
The hype over Social CRM is beginning to subside and the calls for metrics, ROI, and measurement are rising.
