Town Hall's celebration of string music from around the world presents the sixth annual program with an entirely new slate of outstanding artists from three great cultural traditions. Featured artists include Li Bo from Chinese Mongolia playing the horsehair fiddle, a unique instrument many consider the forerunner to several Western stringed instruments; The Tall Boys playing Old Time American string band music with clog dance, along with a caller who'll teach everyone a bit of square dancing (bring your dancing shoes!!); and House of Tarab, Seattle's outstanding Arab music ensemble with former Iraqi National Orchestra violinist Salah Ali.
