Glenn began his comedy career in his hometown of Vancouver in 1995. He moved to London in 1998 and quickly became an established star of the London comedy circuit.

Glenn is also writing and starring in the second series of Comedy Cuts for ITV and he will be making a return appearance on Political Animal. Along with these performances, Glenn has also appeared in 28 Acts in 28 Minutes for BBC Radio 4, contributed to BBC3's The Comic side of Seven Days, BBC Stand Up Show, Live Floor Show, The World Stands Up and Comedy Blue for Paramount and in May 2005 Glenn wrote and starred in 'What's The Story?', broadcast on Channel 4 as part of the 'Comedy Lab'

In recent years Glenn has hit the International circuit in a big way, performing to huge crowds in Singapore, South Africa, Australia, Holland, Dubai and New Zealand to name a few. He’s also a popular addition to many of the great Summer music Festivals in the UK, including Reading & Leeds, Bestival, Download and of course Glastonbury.
