Glasgow will celebrate Armed Forces Day in George Square on Saturday 26th June. Serving military personnel, veterans and cadets will march into George Square. There will be live on-stage entertainment, military displays and stands in George Square. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.



10:00 hours- Stands open on George Square.



13:30 hours - All marching contingents muster at Holland St between West George St and West Regent St for the Armed Forces Day Parade - report to Parade RSM.



14:00 hours - Parade steps off to George Square via West George St. The Lord Provost will take the salute at the Cenotaph. Following the parade, there will be a Civic Reception for the marching contingent in the City Chambers. Tickets available through veterans associations.



14:30 hours - George Square will host a wide variety of free activities:



*Live on-stage entertainment hosted by Clyde FM

*Military equipment displays

*Veterans Association Information Stands

*Live music

*Kennedy Cup Cake dancers

*Climbing wall

*SSAFA Tea and cake stand

*Refreshments

*16:30 hours - Event Finishes
