Girls Science Institute: Engineering June 7, 2012

This weeklong workshop for girls explores chemical, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering by looking at the lives of women who made a significant impact in these fields. Women experts from each engineering field will be on hand to share their stories and support the group during their engineering explorations, and the workshop will use hands-on activities to explore the science. The week will culminate in a group engineering challenge.
