"Aside from the amazing bands The Bellyachers, Raining Jane, Blubird, Lou Lou and the Guitarfish, Tinkture, half of whom are between the ages of 12 and 17, there will be loads of interactive opportunities for girls provided by the bands and various organizations. Girls will be encouraged to go up on stage and try out instruments and mics before the show, and band members will be present in the crowd to answer questions and give rock tips. Women's Audio Mission will be running the sound board for the show, and will have ongoing mini-workshops about various aspects of audio.. 826 Valencia will be supporting several girls who will do spoken word, as well as providing other workshop opportunities."
