The ultimate back-to-school event for girls!

This event is open to girls of all ages, parents, teachers, and anyone interested in this year's topics, which include:
- The beauty myth
- Finding motivation
- Planning ahead for college
- Women in male-dominated fields
- Avoiding distractions (unhealthy choices, unhealthy relationships)
- Gender stereotypes
- Leadership and what it means to young women.

Admission is FREE and there will be a free raffle for prizes.

The mission of the 2010 Girl Power Conference is to inspire young women to see themselves as strong, independent intellectuals and interest them in the STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) fields.
