GiraMondo Wine Adventures welcomes Phil Greene of the Museum of the American Cocktail. Mr. Greene will talk about the histories of classic cocktails and will offer colorful anecdotes behind these timeless drinks. In addition, you'll learn the the basic techniques, ingredients and tools you'll need to make great cocktails at home. The class will be followed by light appetizers.
