WHAT:
Gilt City San Francisco Happy Hour. Sponsored by Gilt City, enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne, and meet and greet this year’s top designers. Tickets available at the door.

Join in the fun at one of the city’s most creatively inspired Happy Hours – Friday Nights at Showcase. Offered each Friday from May 6 through May 27, Friday Nights at Showcase is a chance for the public to enjoy an “insider” experience at the West Coast’s premiere design event – the San Francisco Decorator Showcase. The series features a “Meet the Designers” Happy Hour sponsored by Gilt City San Francisco; a food tasting with a top Bay Area chef in the Showcase’s cool new kitchen; and a panel on color with the industry’s renowned color experts. The events take place at the Showcase home on Friday evenings, and the atmosphere is fun, friendly and welcoming. Bring your friends and enjoy a stroll through the home. These events are free with the purchase of a regular Showcase admission ticket – so it’s a great value!

• Friday, May 13 from 5:00 – 6:30pm – Chef Jessica Lasky of Jessica Lasky Fine Catering will share some of her delicious creations in Tish Key’s completely renovated Showcase kitchen. Complimentary wine and water served.

• Friday, May 20 from 5:00 – 6:30 – Happy Hour at Showcase! Come meet this year’s amazing designers, visit their rooms and gain some fresh perspective and great ideas for your own home. Complimentary wine and water served.

• Friday, May 27, 2010 from 5:00 – 6:30pm – Color: Untitled – A discussion and room-by-room exploration of color from renowned interior designer and color expert, Agnes Bourne in conversation with designer, artist and educator, Edward Stanton. Complimentary wine and water served.
