From Berklee College of Music to Nashville to winning a Grammy Award for her collaboration with Allison Kraus on the soundtrack (produced by T. Bone Burnett) for the hit film, 'O Brother, Where Art Thou,' this singer/songwriter/guitarist has received critical acclaim for her new Southern sound - a blend of Appalachian, Bluegrass and Americana. She has collaborated and recorded with Emmylou Harris, Ani DiFranco and The Decembrists.
