What will you learn in the workshop?
Our outrageously fun and practical workshops on gift wrapping are designed for all of the frustrated wrappers who would rather put a gift in a paper bag than even think about doing anything else. Whether you're crafty or craft-challenged, this course teaches you how to make gorgeous, clever, professional-looking gifts that are so spectacular; the recipient will hesitate to open the gift.
Attendees will discover how easy it is to make unforgettable gift wrapping with very little time and effort. Gabriela will bring you new projects & ideas for any season. By connecting with people and trying something new, you'll tap into your natural creativity.
We limit the numbers to ensure that Gabriela can give the participants enough personal attention. Give thoughtful gifts to your friends and family decorated in a sensational way this season! Learn how to assemble, how to decorate and how to gift wrap them, remember that presentation is everything! You will love it!

INTRODUCTION TO GIFT WRAPPING
First Class:
During the first day of the course the focus will be on learning and understanding the materials we will use in the process. The instructor will give a brief lecture and a gift wrapping demonstration will follow. Students will learn about proportion, design, colour and wrapping styles. They will have an opportunity to discuss ways to fold and embellish their presents sharing what they’ve learned and how to use decorative materials.
Students will then learn how to gift wrap using a box or container included in the Gift Wrapping Workshop Kit. They will decorate it using embellishments such as: flowers, ribbons, stickers, tags, etc. The instructor will talk gift wrapping trends for the season, where to buy materials and provide students with an information sheet.

GIFT WRAPPING COMPETITION
Second Class:
Students will participate in a competition on how to decorate their presents using gift wrapping materials and embellishments included in their Gift Wrapping Workshop Kit. Students will then compare their entire gift wrapped presents.

They will leave with their own beautifully gift wrapped present.
Will I need to return to collect work at a later date?
No, students will leave with their beautifully gift wrapped present on the last class. They will also receive informative handouts summarizing on what they learned during the workshop and where to buy materials.
