Overview: This webinar will review the existing hazard communication standard and compare it to the changes that are found in the new standard. A discussion of the key points of the regulation, as well as the terms that have been added or eliminated from the language of the standard. The new format of the safety data sheet will be presented, as well as the principles guiding global harmonization. New training requirements and format will be discussed, and the timeline for implementation of the new standard in each business sector will be presented.
