GGLC Autocross April 14, 2007

Our 1st GGLC/Club111 event for 2007 will be an autocross clinic/practice. Cost is a bit higher for the clinic to cover the additional costs of presenting a school.

Every clinic entrant will get an instructor/coach. The morning sessions will focus upon certain skills of autocrossing and the afternoon sessions will blend the morning skills together. The clinic will be open to non GGLC/Club111 members starting March 30th.

For those signing up for the practice part of the event. The overall driver count is limited to 42. We will be running un-timed during the morning. And timed runs for the afternoon.

All GGLC Autocrosses take place at the Marina Municipal Airport in Marina California. The Airport is located on Reservation Rd. in Marina (about 5-6 miles north of Monterey).

GGLC Autocross events will have a limited number of drivers to allow drivers to get a large number of runs. Drivers are broken into groups and the groups rotate between running and working. All drivers ARE REQUIRED to work.

# WHAT IS NEEDED & RULES: Bring water, there's no water on-site.
# Sun-screen is a must if you're prone to burning. It gets windy, so bring a warm jacket.
# Helmets are required, DOT or better. A few loaner helmets may be available.
# All occupants (driver and passenger) must have a helmet and seat belt on while on course.
# Age limit is 18 to drive, 16 to ride, drivers must have valid driver's license.
# Speed limit within the AutoX site is a maximum of 15 MPH

# 1:00-3:30 Runs - Group alternate Running and Working
# 3:30-4:30 Instructor Only Runs
