Getting Heard-The Art of Communicating Across Borders April 23, 2013

In today's competitive, rapidly changing world, the ability to communicate effectively to customers, employees, managers, co-workers and suppliers is more important than ever before. However it is also more difficult - especially as the number of incoming messages we all received (via email, text, social media, phone and advertising) is increasing exponentially each day.

When working across borders whether internationally, culturally or generationally the importance and challenges of effective communications increase in magnitude. This interactive workshop offered through GABA and its partner organizations is designed to improve participants' ability to 'get heard' through proven techniques in cross-cultural communications.

Participants will leave the workshop with techniques they can use immediately to::
Ensure important messages are heard and remembered
Develop and deliver messages that resonate across international borders
Communicate effectively with members of other generations
Choose the most appropriate mode of communication for your audience and message
At the end of the program, participants will create an Action Plan to implement the concepts in the real world.
