Visit Newark on Thursday 29 or Friday 30 December and you?ll find a real transformation in the Market Place.

For two days, we?ll be inviting you to ?get your skates on? - whether you?re an absolute beginner or something of an expert, you?ll have plenty of fun taking a turn or two on the temporary ice rink.

With experienced staff on hand, it?s safe and suitable for all the family - and when you?ve had your spin on the ice, you?ll find it?s almost as entertaining watching others go through their moves!

Open from 10am to 6pm on Thursday and 10am to 7pm on Friday, it?s just ?2.50 for a 20-minute session, which includes skate hire too. And with music and lights to add to the atmosphere, it?s a great way to bring 2005 to a close.
