Be a part of Philadelphias inaugural Get Your Rear in Gear 5K event along scenic Martin Luther King Drive (West River Drive). Help us recognize survivors and honor those we have lost to colon and rectal cancer. Funds raised will help local efforts to raise awareness of colon and rectal cancer and positively impact screening rates.

Organized by Colon Cancer Coalition
The Colon Cancer Coalition was created to help start5K running and walking events and other fundraisers in cities across the country to help raise awareness and greatly needed funds for this often overlooked cancer. Working together with health care organizations, corporations, those touched by this cancer and the media, we encourage people to "Get Your Rear in Gear" and talk about colon cancer screening with their doctor, their loved ones and everyone they know. Together, we will positively impact colorectal cancer.
