Get Your Chips Down Route 66 -- at Route 11 June 17, 2006

Road trip opportunity. Three bands, dinner, and lots and lots of fresh gourmet potato chips, at the Wayside Inn in Middletown. Route 11 is releasing a new chip: Sweet Potato with Cinnamon and Sugar. That's about as close to a cookie as a potato chip can get.

Hear quirky southern diva Danielle Howle, tireless alt-country supergroup Last Train Home, and the Route 11 house band and longtime DC rockers, the Rhodes Tavern Troubadours. Tickets are $20 including dinner, and the event runs 6 to midnight.

Middletown is an hour and a half outside of DC. Rooms for the night available.
