CONNIE REECE is the founder and principal of Every Dot Connects,
a social media consortium of independent media pratitioners who are passionate about using new technologies to build bridges between people, ideas and causes. EDC consults with companies about integrating social media into their existing marketing, PR and communications programs to achieve business objectives. Connie is also a co-founding member and serves on the advisory board of the
Social Media Club, an international best-practices association for
emerging media professionals. When a friend was diagnosed with breast
cancer in late 2007, Connie created the Frozen Pea Fund. Connie
maintains office hours in the virtual world Second Life, where she
enjoys teleporting around the grid to attend business events,
educational seminars and casual get-togethers, or relaxing at her
oceanside villa.

MICHELE SCHWARTZ founded The Nonprofit Advisors after a professional career in training and program development spanning almost 20 years, over 15 of which were spent in the nonprofit sector. Her experience with nonprofit capacity building covers the spectrum: mission delivery, strategic planning, board training and volunteer management, as well as public relations, community outreach, fundraising and the creation of strategic corporate partnerships. A results-oriented nonprofit professional, Michele is experienced in building and leading high-performing, synergistic teams and designing metrics and accountability to achieve excellent "best practices" results. Previous clients and employers have recognized her commitment to quality and flawless delivery of customer service.
