During the hectic holiday season, make time to nurture yourself!
Making time to relax seems like a good idea. But how often do you actually make time in your daily, weekly, monthly, or annual schedule to be still? Restorative yoga is about allowing your body to release into the support of props long enough that you absorb the benefits of each pose’s influence on your body, mind and spirit.

In this workshop, we'll use a variety of props to create supportive set-ups in yoga poses to encourage deep relaxation. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
