"Get fit to Cure it" June 28, 2009

Practice the ancient art of Judo while learning self defense in a one hour course taught by Jessey Bouchard, a National Judo Champion. Then become one with your mind, body, and spirit as you are guided through a full hour of fitness based Hatha style yoga with certified Yoga Fit instructor Laura Turner. Join in on both sessions or just take the class of your choice, each for a minimum donation of only $10.00 per person. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing!
