Ah, Champagne, truly liquid art in a bottle.
But now that the bubbly’s gone, we would like you to create art from the bottle!
Criteria
Create an innovative piece of art that must include all elements of one (1) complete bottle of empty champagne:
glass, cork, label, cage, and foil. Up to 2 bottles can be used, but the dimensions cannot exceed 14" x 14" x 14".
• Must be 21 years or older to participate.
• $10.00 entry fee to participate.
• End date for submission is Tuesday, September 30, 2008.
• All entries become property of Cuvee.
• The top 20 entries will be on display and available for judging on October 17, 2008 (Gallery night).
• Winners will be determined based on 50% of the popular vote during Gallery Night, and 50% from the judges
• Judging will be based on innovative use of materials, aesthetics and craftsmanship
• Winners will be announced on October 23, 2008
Cash prizes and bubbly will be awarded, and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
