Get Cooking at Westfield Annapolis with Free Westfield Family Fun Days April 4, 2012

Get cooking in April—join Westfield Annapolis and the Westfield Family Program for Family Fun Days featuring “Young Chefs of Westfield.” Kids will learn how to fuel their bodies in a healthy way by encouraging them to get in the kitchen and cook with their families.

On April 4th, join us for stories about food and gardening, starting with Pizza at Sally’s by Monica Wellington, which teaches lessons about where food comes from. The second book, Planting A Rainbow by Lois Ehlert, teaches children how to plant their own garden and nurture growth. Kids will then enjoy a snack and decorate their very own aprons that they can wear when helping out in the kitchen.

PLUS, enjoy Kidsinger Jim’s “Zoo in My Room" show, as well as face painting!
