Gershwin Suite March 5, 2011

'Gershwin Suite' is an evening of contemporary ballet dances for families and children of all ages featuring the beloved Broadway songs and instrumental pieces of America's great 20th century composer. With vibrant colorful costumes and a beautiful, bright, contemporary set, the dancers will "Strike Up the Band" with a full cast of principals and corps de ballet. Also on the evening's program is an original ballet based on the beloved children's books 'Angelina Ballerina.' Set to the classical music of Glazunov and featuring beautiful sets and adorable costumes, children of all ages will enjoy the narrated, family friendly story ballet.
