Gerald Elias visits to chat about and sign his three Daniel Jacobus mysteries, set in the world of classical music. Jacobus is a blind and curmudgeonly violinist who seems bent on driving away the students that he has. He also has a knack for solving murders that take place within the classic music world. The first, Devil’s Trill, was released in 2009. Danse Macabre, the second, was published in 2010. Death and the Maiden, the third and most recent, was published last August. Elias is himself is a violinist, adjunct professor of music at the University of Utah, and musical director of the Vivaldi by Candlelight concert series.

He will be on hand to sign books and speak informally to his fans. All we ask is you purchase one of his new books at our store, so we can continue to host these great events!
